Still not completely satisfied?
During the purchase and delivery at our warehouse, we carefully check our products for quality, damage, packaging. If you still want to cancel your purchase, you can do so within 14 days. This cooling-off period starts on the day of receipt of the package. For return shipment you can use our return procedure. It is important that you check immediately after receipt whether the item is delivered undamaged and complete.
The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. In the unlikely event that this is not the case, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to report this. If you wish to return items, you must pay the return costs at all times. Afterwards you will see whether you qualify for reimbursement.
